On August 15, 2024, an Expert Group from Changsha Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, including Cheng Yimin, Wang Jing, and Gong Le, visited OS for Inspection and Guidance
This activity thoroughly implemented the spirit of the "Outline for the Construction of a Quality Power Country" and the "Outline for the Construction of a Quality Power Province in Hunan Province", further supported and guided our company to strengthen comprehensive quality management, continuously improve the quality control level of key links and key areas, actively strive for government quality awards, quality benchmarks, Hunan famous products, and other quality brands. The company's Vice Chairman Tan Dongzheng, Deputy General Manager Shang Weijie, Assistant to the General Manager Liu Qianhuan, and others accompanied the reception. The first and last meetings were hosted by Qin Yuanyuan, Director of the Quality Management Department. Heads of other departments attended the meeting.
At the first meeting, Tan Dongzheng expressed a warm welcome and sincere thanks to the expert group for their guidance, and briefly introduced the development of Oriental Scandium. The expert group stated that the purpose of this visit is to help enterprise consolidate their quality foundation, strengthen the brand building, fully implement the "one enterprise, one policy" project, and tailor and provide suggestions and opinions on quality improvement and brand development for enterprises.
The expert group conducted a comprehensive diagnosis from product technology development, selection of raw material suppliers, control of product production intermediate processes, finished product quality management, product sales process, intellectual property rights, and brand building through on-site investigation, visits, and verification, exchanges, and answers.
At the last meeting, the expert group conducted a systematic diagnosis and analysis of 51 indicators in 9 major areas of our company's current quality management, standards, measurement, inspection and testing, certification and accreditation, quality innovation, quality safety, intellectual property rights, and brand building. They affirmed the development and implementation of our work and also put forward suggestions and methods in some respects. Assistant to the General Manager Liu Qianhuan said that the suggestions put forward by the expert group have given us a new direction and goal for the subsequent quality work.
In the future, the company will continue to strengthen quality management and brand promotion, deepen industrial layout, and continuously expand and strengthen the scandium-containing new materials industry, and contribute our power to Hunan Province's efforts to realize the beautiful blueprint of "Three Hubs and Four New Missions"!
